What did you notice? Can you allow it to be ok, without judgement? Or, including the judgement if that’s what’s there. Hmmm, I’m judging how I’m feeling, naming it right or wrong. Good or bad. How interesting.
Now imagine this, everything that is present in your life is happening for you. For You.
To wake you up. To inspire you. To call you forward into all that your heart desires. To bring you in alignment with the most vibrant and alive you. The you who is always, always morphing into something new. Breath by breath.
All is well.
