Let’s get back basics this morning. Breath.
Get still, close your eyes and inhale slowly thru your nose for a count of four or five. Hold for two. Exhale, nose or mouth for a relaxing count of 4 or 5. Hold 2.
Repeat three or four times. Until you start to feel your body from the inside out.
Softening. Vibrating. Alive. Aware.
Ah…. there you are. Hello you.
What do you need right now? Words; I see you and I love you. I’m with you. We’ve got this. Movement (you can find a song to move to below). A warm drink, a hug. Whatever it is, take a few minutes to answer the call. From you to you.
