Love Letters

Monday Love

Hey boo. It’s so easy to get distracted by life. I just got distracted by my young adult son who is passing through. He delights me to no end. And I could go on a tangent about that, but that’s not what I want to write to you today. I’ve forgotten what I want to write!

Nothing wrong with that. Nothing wrong with any of it.

How wonderful!

Ah, I remembered. My wish for you today… is also my own intention for this day.

Today I release the past. (forget about it)

For the pure joy of discovering what’s possible today.

Free of the shackles of conditioning. (aka the thing that happened in middle school that made you swear you would never again…)

Free of expectations of a future informed by a past. (ok, that’s redundant. But sometimes we need to hear things twice)

Free. (or three times)

I love you. If you join me in today’s intention. Great. If you don’t join me. Ain’t nothing wrong with that. You are loved.
