Hello, my love. A deep belly breath (or five) may be the most generous (and generative) thing I can share with you today.
Lightly rest your hands on your belly. Speak some kind words to it. “Hello beautiful.” Thank you for all that you are and all that you do.” “I love you.”
Now inhale through your nose and let the breath fill your belly like a balloon. When you can inhale no more, release the breath and allow your belly to pull back towards your spine.
Try a couple of these belly breaths slow and relaxed in and out of your nose. Your tongue resting on the upper palate just behind your teeth.
Then try a couple more belly breaths in through the nose, with a long sigh out through the mouth (like your fogging up a mirror).
To end, rest your hands on your belly. Turn your lips up, just a bit, into a warm smile, directed at yourself.
