Sometimes I take dance breaks. Today I’m breaking for smiles. An achy head is making me kinda fuzzy today, and I’m finding it hard to write the post I wanted. Number 5 in my five -part series exploring mindful parenting, can wait.
This moment calls for deep kindness in the form of permission to choose something different, when something isn’t working.
For me, a laughter break is a double kindness (I give myself a break and something to smile about). And like all acts of kindness, it flows both ways. You get a break, and something to smile about. Win. Win.
