For me, on this rainy Los Angeles day, it starts with a satin slip. Silky on my skin. A favorite t-shirt. Old. Loose. Holey. A cozy cashmere sweater (a $10 thrift store find – double pleasure) and sweatpants.

To follow my bliss, I need to slow down and notice, how does this make me feel? Instead of rushing to get out of the rain, I take a pause and notice the sensation as it touches my skin. The smell. Clean. Fresh.

Ok my beauty, vibrant and alive. You rock my world. However you do this day, know that I love you. No matter what.
