Oh my love!

It’s the day of the moon. The perfect day for making magic.

Four simple steps.

  1. Start where you are. Take a few slow deep breaths. Feel into your body. Where do you feel alive? Is there tightness, or holding? What emotions are present for you right now? Are there stories about what you’re feeling? Wondering if you’re doing right? Yes. That’s so wonderfully human of  you! And how wonderful it is to be a human. See if you can drop those stories and questions and let go of any trying to keep it together. You’re doing just fine.
  2. Love up on whatever part of you is here right now. Let your emotions guide you. What words of kindness can you offer what or whoever is showing up? What reminders might be soothing? Things are always working out. It’s ok, I’m with you. I love you. I rock. 
  3. Appreciate. Anything. Birds, trees, water, song, coffee, tea, your senses. And if you can, appreciate where you are right now. This makes for extra frothy magic.
  4. Follow whatever impulse comes next.

Notice how the magic unfolds.
