Monday Love

Oh my love! What an opportunity to love. Yourself. Even more.

Love meaning to allow all parts of yourself. And all parts of you may feel rather contradictory at any given moment depending on the amount of carbs or news or whatever you’ve consumed.

For me it’s carbs. Long walks help. Meditation helps. Holding the parts of me that get scared with love and tenderness helps. Naps help.

Paying attention to the things that scare me… the aspects of me showing up to be seen, held, healed. Allowing myself to be seen, held and healed.

Wow, wow, wow!!!

If you don’t know what the hell I’m talking about when I say that, that’s ok.

Just imagine a ginormous glittering kingdom lush with flowers, waterfalls, trees, wildlife, jewels and the most delicious foods you could ever imagine. And you never ever get fat eating this delicious food! And everything is there for you. There is nothing you can do (wrong) that will keep you from it. Ever. You are perfect and every moment you have lived and are living is leading you to this place. Oh, yes, things are working out. Unseen forces are at work.

Breathe that in for a moment. The generosity, the beauty, the delight.

Treat yourself to a walk through this kingdom now and again. Imagine it’s filled with all your favorite things.

For no other reason, than it brings a smile to your lips.

That’s enough.

All of you. The cute, hot, crazy, mess that is you.
