Monday Love

Jumping jubilee! It’s a good day my love. A good day to breathe.

And I’m here to share the little bug that’s dancing in my pants this morning.

Don’t worry, it’s a happy bug. 🙂

And I believe it comes from the simple act of deep breathing. That’s it.

So let’s breathe together. Inhale slowly for four or five counts, hold for four or five counts, exhale for four or five counts. Repeat for 3-5 cycles and throughout the day.

Let me know if it puts a little dance in your pants… or if it’s just me, but I don’t think so.
