Hey boo.

Have you ever been so angry with someone because they were rude, unappreciative and gaslighting you? Only to then realize (hallelujah) that you were in fact being rude, unappreciative and gaslighting yourself?

Sure someone else may have been doing those things— not great. But often others are mirrors for our relationship with ourselves. So while all that is absolutely not ok, out there is not where my power lies.

My power lies, within myself. Your power lies within yourself. So yeah, hallelujah! Super glad I saw that. Did it make everything work out perfectly? Nope (not yet). What this seeing did, was open the door for deeper healing and acceptance of me, for me, with me. And that felt really good.
