Let’s start with 10 deep belly breaths. That’s where your belly fills and rises with each inhale. Breathe in and out through your nose.

If your brain is screaming 10! I don’t have time to stop what I’m doing and take ten deep breaths. I am a very busy human.

Tell your brain…. I hear you. You don’t wanna do this. It’s different than what we usually do. It’s ok. I’m with you. We’ll do it together. It might even be fun. It might be energizing. It might change the way we see things… in a good way.

Notice, how do you feel after 10 deep belly breaths?
