Good morning dearest one.

What part of you is here today?

Take three deep breaths through your nose, filling your belly with gorgeous life affirming air. Notice how the air moves through your body. Then, after a moment of curiosity, exhale long, slow sighs through your mouth.

Feel your feet on the ground. Imagine roots sprouting from the bottom of your feet connecting you to the magnetic, powerful, vibrating core of the Earth. Let that energy flow up into your body…

Until you notice the magnetic, powerful, vibration of your own body. If only an inkling in your little toe.

Just notice.




Give yourself a hug. A smile. Words of encouragement.
