That you are a magnetic, infinite, mystical beauty?

Oh yes, you are.

Let’s do it now. Take three long deep breaths while stretching your arms to the sky ā€” let the breath reach the tips of your fingers and the ends of your toes.

Look around and notice what catches your fancy. What delights you. Something that makes you smile.

Maybe it’s the color of the sky, the play of the clouds, a bird calling to you.

Now whisper three sweet somethings to yourself.
